I am Archana Jossy, born to Lathika Kumari and Jossy Ray in the Indian state of Kerala, often referred to as "God's Own Country," specifically in the city of Thiruvananthapuram on November 7th, 1989. During my Kindergarten years, my grandmother, who resided with us, graciously escorted me to school every day. The foundation of my upbringing and a significant part of my teenage years were spent at Nirmala Bhavan English Higher Secondary School, where I successfully graduated in 2007. Reflecting on the sacrifices my parents made and the challenges we faced, I acknowledge their substantial contribution in shaping the person I am today. An inherent optimism has always fueled my outlook towards life.
With a resolute aspiration to become a Software Engineer, I pursued a Bachelor of Engineering degree in IT. I chose to pursue my engineering studies at the prestigious James College of Engineering and Technology, affiliated with Anna University, situated in Navalkadu. This charming town, nestled near Nagercoil in the Kanyakumari region of Tamil Nadu, is surrounded by picturesque hills and lush rice fields. Departing from my supportive family, I embraced four years of college life, attaining an engineering degree, and concurrently fostering independence and self-assurance.
In each of us, unique talents and abilities reside. Sports and physical activities are among my passions. Even in my early years, my parents recognized my affinity for music, although its significance wasn't entirely clear to me at the time. My love for music deepened in 2003, and since then, I have dedicated myself to singing English classical songs, primarily in the alto range, making music the nucleus of my world.
Proficient in both piano and violin, I found solace in music. After a year as a Software Engineer at Aaric Technologies Ltd, I heeded my true calling and embarked on a career as a Web Designer at Alamy Images in Technopark, Thiruvananthapuram. In this ever-changing world, adaptability remains constant. After three fruitful years, I embraced the role of Senior Software Engineer in Digital Design at Allianz Technology, operating within the AD&M UK Process. Following another enriching three-year tenure, I decided to transition from my position as Systems Engineer at Allianz and relocate to Bangalore, often dubbed India's Silicon Valley.
Subsequently, I embarked on a journey at EY as a senior user experience designer. Over the span of four years, I progressed to the role of assistant manager. However, my aspirations led me to bid farewell to EY and migrate to Canada. The notion of moving to a foreign land had lingered since 2019, and in 2020, I acquired permanent residency. The pivotal decision to embark on this new chapter culminated in my official move to Canada in August 2023.
For me, each sunrise heralds a chance for a fresh start. I approach each day as if it were my last, guided by a strong belief in a higher power fueling my perseverance.
In essence, I am a straightforward individual. My character is marked by pragmatism, realism, and groundedness. Rationality guides my decision-making process, and both loyalty and tradition hold immense value for me. There remains a wealth of opportunities to make my parents proud and to enhance not only my life but also the lives of those close to me.
Prepared for whatever the future unfolds, I seek a role wherein I can contribute effectively to my current employer's success. My objectives encompass gaining valuable experience while nurturing personal growth to remain aligned with the evolving landscape of my chosen field.

Together, the two mountains appear like a crescent moon, therefore known as the Chandra Drona Range.
